Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder – we like Orgain or Owyn

  • ½ cup of pumpkin puree

  • 1 Tbsp. ground flax

  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup

  • ¼ tsp pumpkin spice

  • 1  frozen banana

  • ½ cup of ice

  • Optional: garnish with pumpkin seeds or walnuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  • Garnish with pumpkin seeds or walnuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon (optional).
