1 scoop vanilla protein powder – we like Orgain or Owyn
½ cup of pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp. ground flax
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
¼ tsp pumpkin spice
1 frozen banana
½ cup of ice
Optional: garnish with pumpkin seeds or walnuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon
