We are the Crohn’s & Colitis Dietitians.

Crohn's and Colitis Dietitians headshots of Ashley, Rebecca, Christa, Taryn, and Danielle, IBD dietitian nutritionists

We specialize in providing top-of-the-line medical nutrition therapy for Crohn’s and Colitis patients.

Our dietitians help people get relief from complex digestive concerns like diarrhea, constipation, persistent bloating, SIBO, acid reflux, allergy, EOE and much more. We have been there. We get it.

We understand the things you’re struggling with right now – the pain, the bloating, the constant running for the bathroom – because all five of our dietitians in our practice have IBD.

We have the privilege of helping hundreds of patients with Crohn’s or Colitis each year find symptom relief and reduce their risk.

We have been able to see the incredible transformations that are possible for people when they get customized, evidence-based nutrition insight and lots of support. We are here for you and will meet you where you are at.

We know that everyone starts this journey at a different place and the reason you are considering reaching out in the first place is to make life less stressful – not more. We incorporate strategies with nutrition that encourage intuitive eating, health at every size (HAES) and are LBGTQ friendly. We aim to be a safe place where you can expect non-judgment and open mindedness.

Our Crohn’s & colitis clients have seen remarkable improvements:

More energy

Less stress around food

Increased confidence in their food choices

Peace with their nutrition plans

An expanded diet with a better understanding and management of trigger foods

Reduction in digestive symptoms

Sense of support and community around their IBD diagnosis

I went to [the CCD team] with severe stomach issues after being blown off by numerous doctors. Within 2 weeks I noticed a difference and now 6 months later I feel like a whole new woman. I recommend anyone and everyone to visit her. […] She believes in healing her clients. –T.S.

    Registered Dietitian, Owner

Hi!  I’m Ashley, owner of The Crohn’s & Colitis Dietitians. I started this practice – because I too have IBD.

I truly get how much having IBD can impact our lives and I know we deserve better. Our mission here at CCD is to contribute to better care for IBD patients through nutrition support, advocacy & research.

As the leader of one of the top IBD focused nutrition practices in the US and Canada, I spend my time supporting my team and thinking up new ways for us to support Crohn’s & Colitis patients better.

We have the honor of interacting with thousands of IBD patients each year and we are proud of the ways we have helped many take the stress out of figuring out IBD nutrition & find symptom relief.

All of our dietitians are highly skilled and extensively trained in treating complex IBD cases. We have expertise in a variety of areas outside of IBD and see pediatrics, teens and adults.

When you work with someone on our team you are working with someone with extensive training and expertise in IBD. We go above and beyond to provide exceptional care for those we work with – and I believe the value we provide is next to none.

I’m now at my normal weight and am no longer in pain.

I can’t believe how much has improved. When I first started working with [the CCD team] I had lost over 25 lbs, was in a lot of pain and was pretty depressed after going to the ER several times without any answers. I’m now at my normal weight and am no longer in pain. –Seth
