You Deserve to Feel Supported, Seen & Less Stressed About Food
The IBD Nutrition Collective is for those with IBD who are ready for compassionate, evidence-based nutrition support to reduce symptoms, lower flare risk and finally feel confident in food choices.
WE HEAR YOU
Living with IBD is exhausting enough without the stress of figuring out food on your own.
If you’ve done any googling or research around what to eat and how to navigate your IBD – you’ve probably come into this issue: Everyone is telling you what NOT to eat.
And no one is talking about what in the world you can eat… and more importantly telling you HOW to actually use nutrition to reduce symptoms and your risk of flare ups.
You instinctively know nutrition matters – but where in the world do you start?
First, you try to follow all of the advice. When you are dealing with IBD you can feel desperate to find answers (trust me I know). So you throw spaghetti at the wall with everything. Before you know it you are taking 5 random supplements, peeling and overcooking everything you eat and terrified to eat.
And I get it. When you’re flaring, food can feel overwhelming and it’s easy to fall into eating just a handful of ‘safe’ foods. So many we talk to ends up here at some point in their journey.
But here is the thing – many of these approaches not only fall short but may be actively keeping you from responding well to your medication too!
When we are malnourished on limited foods and with multiple deficiencies this actually changes medication response and decreases the chance of remission.
Is this you?
- LI have multiple nutrient deficiencies that I can’t seem to correct
- LI’m avoiding fiber and fruits and vegetables
- LI know I’m not getting enough or I never feel nourished at meals
- LI’m dealing with significant fatigue or symptoms
Are you finding yourself in the IBD “Twilight Zone”?
When all the information out there is conflicting and you are trying to survive the ups and downs of IBD… You simply don’t have the capacity to also be your own dietitian too.
The good news – we can turn things around to where you have actual tools to reduce your symptoms and have a plan targeted to improving your chance of remission!
Imagine if everyday wasn’t spent stressing about what to eat, taking out more foods and instead you were able to be confident in both your food choices and your nutrition plan?
What if instead of having painful digestive symptoms – you had tools on how to address those symptoms and felt more energized and ready to get up and go?
Here is how we can make that happen…

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Most IBD advice is built on restriction. At IBD Nutrition Collective, we flip that.
Imagine if your nutrition plan was about what you can ADD to your diet instead of what you have to restrict.
As IBD dietitians who are patients ourselves, we know that an anti-inflammatory, gut-supportive diet isn’t about eating less – it’s about nourishing your gut with intention.
We help you expand your diet safely, lower your flare risk long-term, and build a nutrition plan that fits within your real life.
No generic handouts. No one-size-fits-all approaches. Just the best of what we know works, personalized to you.
Who We Are
We are The Crohn’s & Colitis Dietitians – a virtual private practice of dietitians that help hundreds of those with IBD each year over the last 11 years. Not only do we help IBD patients like you, but we also live with IBD ourselves.
Why Expand My Diet?
Diet expansion is the secret to getting results like this…
From 15 times a day to 3 formed BM....
“Who knew… the very foods I was excluding could actually be helpful in reducing my symptoms. I’ve gone from having diarrhea from 15 times a day to formed bowel movements 3 times per day. I wish more people knew how powerful the right plan is.”
–Jacob
I have been shocked at how many foods I previously excluded that I can now have with ease...
“I had a long list of foods that I thought were completely off limits and was living on just a few foods that felt safe. I have been shocked at how many foods I previously excluded that I can now have with ease – even while in a flare.
My symptoms have actually improved so much and I have more energy now too! It sounds crazy, but having IBD so long I didn’t even realize how much fatigue I actually had.”
–Angie
I already feel more energized, my bloating is gone and my colonoscopy results were so much better...
“I was so confused at everything I was reading online – to the point that I felt lost and overwhelmed. I’m so glad I found your team because you’ve helped me have a plan with my IBD. I already feel more energized, my bloating is gone and my colonoscopy results were so much better this time”
–Andrew
I don't have the words to express how much you've helped me...
Your team is so incredible with the value you provide. When we first met I had lost hope and could tolerate very few foods. The first resource you shared alone has been worth it – and having a safe supportive space to ask questions is such a relief. I feel a little lighter knowing I have this support.
–Rachel
Certain foods actually feed your gut bacteria, and when those bacteria are well-fed, they produce compounds that can help support inflammation reduction. And when you’re in a nourished state, your body is in a better place to respond to meds.
This helps us go from restriction to rebuilding the gut microbiome. Because as you rebuild, your gut bacteria actually get better at fermenting fibres. Which means…LESS SYMPTOMS (over time).
Expand your diet — not shrink it
Learn which foods actively support gut healing and reduce inflammation. Our clients are often surprised by how many foods they thought were triggers that they’ve added back in.
Reduce flare risk for the long haul
Evidence-based strategies to lower inflammation and support remission — not just manage flares after they happen.
Feel confident and at peace with food
No more supper-time scaries. We help you step back, see the bigger picture, and feel genuinely confident in your choices.

Here’s What Our Clients Say…
She's helped me more than three different doctors...
[My CCD dietitian] is great. She listens very well and pays attention to what you say. She’s helped me more in 5 months, than 3 different doctors did in a couple of years. She’s knowledgeable and able to apply her knowledge to help. I now have tools to help me manage my food sensitivities and I feel I getting real help for the future. I highly recommend her.
–P.S.
Within two weeks I noticed a difference....
I went to [the CCD team] with severe stomach issues after being blown off by numerous doctors. Within 2 weeks I noticed a difference and now 6 months later I feel like a whole new woman. I recommend anyone and everyone to visit them. […] They believe in healing their clients.
–T.B.
I’m now at my normal weight and am no longer in pain.
I can’t believe how much has improved. When I first started working with [the CCD team] I had lost over 25 lbs, was in a lot of pain and was pretty depressed after going to the ER several times without any answers. I’m now at my normal weight and am no longer in pain.
–Seth
My UC is now in remission!
My UC is now in remission! I still have bumps in the road, but I now know what works best for my body and have a clear idea of what nutrition treatments are most effective. Thankful to finally be able to get back to running again.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Do I need an IBD diagnosis to join?
IBD Collective is designed for people with confirmed Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis, or Microscopic colitis. If you’re still working toward a diagnosis, reach out before joining we are happy to point you toward your next best step.
How long is the time commitment?
We have designed this specifically for those that want nutrition support on their own time. The only time commitment is filling out the initial intake form. Everything else is up to you! Your plan will be recorded for you to visit anytime and you can ask your questions anytime and get a response that same week.
What does the clinical review on the Quarterly plan actually include?
You’ll fill out a detailed intake form covering your symptoms, health history, diet, and labs. We review everything and record a personalized video sharing our clinical insights — followed by your custom treatment plan in both video and printable format. Then you have two weeks to ask follow-up questions so nothing gets lost.
Is this a replacement for my GI doctor or medical team?
Not at all — and it’s not meant to be. IBD Collective works alongside your medical team, not instead of it. We coordinate care and help prepare you to better advocate for yourself with your providers. Many of our clients find their GI team appreciates having an IBD-specialized dietitian in their corner.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. We believe your nutrition support should fit your life — and that includes flexibility in how you access it.
