  • 5 slices of tomatoes
  • 6 slices of radishes
  • 1 Tablespoon of hummus
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 Tablespoons of of Kite Hill ricotta cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon of nut butter
  • ¼ cup of mixed nuts
  • Honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add Hummus to 1 slice of toast and add ¼ cup of mixed nuts for topping
  2. Add Kite Hill cheese to 1 slice of toast and add sliced tomatoes for topping
  3. Add Nut Butter to 1 slice of toast and add a drizzle of honey for topping
  4. Add Avocado to 1 slice of toast and add radishes for topping
  5. Enjoy!
