How to make it more flare-friendly: Cook peppers until they soften or consider another vegetable that is better tolerated for you

Tofu Scramble
  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 1 Tablespoon of olive oil (for cooking)
  • ½ Red pepper
  • ½ Yellow pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons of hummus
  • Your choice of seasoning
  • 1 Siete wrap (almond flour)
  1. Coat a small cooking pan with olive oil (you may need more to coat the pan)
  2. Add tofu to the pan and mash up into smaller pieces in the pan on medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until golden
  3. Sprinkle oregano and black pepper (or your choice of seasoning) on the tofu and continue to cook
  4. Once the tofu is cooked, place the Siete wrap on a dish and add the tofu along with the red and yellow pepper on top of the wrap
  5. Place hummus on top of the tofu and peppers
  6. Enjoy!
