Prep time: 15 mins Total time: 15 mins Serves: 2-3 Ingredients 1 Pineapple ½ cup of blueberries ½ banana ½ cup of strawberries ¼ cup of plain granola 1 square of dark chocolate (Suggestion: Hu chocolate or blue stripes chocolate) Instructions Wash pineapple and slice in half Take out pineapple flesh and store in tupperware/refrigerate Add blueberries, banana, strawberries, and granola to the inside of the pineapple Microwave 1 square of dark chocolate in a microwave safe dish for 30 seconds or until chocolate is melted Drizzle chocolate over fruit Enjoy! 3.5.3251
