Note: You can make this a low-FODMAP-friendly snack by taking out the granola
Open Pineapple Face

Ingredients
- 1 Pineapple
- ½ cup of blueberries
- ½ banana
- ½ cup of strawberries
- ¼ cup of plain granola
- 1 square of dark chocolate (Suggestion: Hu chocolate or blue stripes chocolate)
Instructions
- Wash pineapple and slice in half
- Take out pineapple flesh and store in tupperware/refrigerate
- Add blueberries, banana, strawberries, and granola to the inside of the pineapple
- Microwave 1 square of dark chocolate in a microwave safe dish for 30 seconds or until chocolate is melted
- Drizzle chocolate over fruit
- Enjoy!
