If you want to level up your snack game – this is for you! Out of all the legumes – chickpeas are one of the ones I most commonly hear people tolerate the best. If you are nervous about adding chickpeas into your diet- start with hummus. When you are ready to expand to other options- this is a great way to incorporate them into a fun snack.

Ingredients
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of dill
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • A pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Turn on oven to 350 F (176 C)
  2. Toss 1 can of chickpea with ingredients above and place on a sheet pan
  3. Bake at 350 F (176 C). For barley crunchy chickpeas - bake for 10 minutes. For very crunchy chickpeas - bake for 30 minutes or more.
