Bread it your way Author: Rebecca Goodrich RD Prep time: 10 mins Cook time: 10 mins Total time: 20 mins Serves: 5 Ingredients 4 slices of bread (toasted, your choice of bread) 5 slices of tomatoes 6 slices of radishes 1 Tablespoon of hummus ¼ avocado 1 Tablespoons of of Kite Hill ricotta cheese 1 Tablespoon of nut butter ¼ cup of mixed nuts Honey (optional) Instructions Add Hummus to 1 slice of toast and add ¼ cup of mixed nuts for topping Add Kite Hill cheese to 1 slice of toast and add sliced tomatoes for topping Add Nut Butter to 1 slice of toast and add a drizzle of honey for topping Add Avocado to 1 slice of toast and add radishes for topping Enjoy! 3.5.3251
