Ingredients:
- 1 cup of banana
- ¼ avocado
- ¼ cup of dairy-free yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon of almond butter
- ½ cup of soy milk or other non-dairy milk
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend on medium-high speed. Add more dairy-free milk as needed if the ingredients are not blended smoothly
