How to make it more flare-friendly: soften granola by heating it with liquid.

Note: You can make this a low-FODMAP-friendly snack by taking out the granola


Open Pineapple Face
  • 1 Pineapple
  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup of strawberries
  • ¼ cup of plain granola
  • 1 square of dark chocolate (Suggestion: Hu chocolate or blue stripes chocolate)
  1. Wash pineapple and slice in half
  2. Take out pineapple flesh and store in tupperware/refrigerate
  3. Add blueberries, banana, strawberries, and granola to the inside of the pineapple
  4. Microwave 1 square of dark chocolate in a microwave safe dish for 30 seconds or until chocolate is melted
  5. Drizzle chocolate over fruit
  6. Enjoy!
