Vegetarian Diet

Overview: A vegetarian diet eliminates meat and/or fish. Vegetarian diets may include dairy and eggs. We know that plant-based diets rich in fiber from fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and other plant sources are protective for the digestive system.
