  • 1 cup of banana
  • ¼ avocado
  • ¼ cup of dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon of almond butter
  • ½ cup of soy milk or other non-dairy milk


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on medium-high speed.  Add more dairy-free milk as needed if the ingredients are not blended smoothly
  3. Enjoy!
