PB & J Upgrade

Serves: 1
- 2 slices of whole-wheat toast or your choice
- 2 Tablespoons of nut butter (your choice)
- ½ banana sliced
- ½ cup sliced strawberries (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon of ground flaxseed
- Place 2 slices of toast on a plate
- Coat the 2 Tablespoons of nut butter on the toast
- Place the sliced banana and strawberries on top of the toast
- Sprinkle the ground flaxseed on the toast
- Enjoy!
