Ingredients
  • 2 slices of whole-wheat toast or your choice
  • 2 Tablespoons of nut butter (your choice)
  • ½ banana sliced
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon of ground flaxseed
Instructions
  1. Place 2 slices of toast on a plate
  2. Coat the 2 Tablespoons of nut butter on the toast
  3. Place the sliced banana and strawberries on top of the toast
  4. Sprinkle the ground flaxseed on the toast
  5. Enjoy!
